Topics include management, talent management, aligning development with business goals, organization development, corporate social responsibility (giving back), and managing a learning function.
Future Talent: The Future Talent track highlights trends and topics influencing a collective of professionals interested in advancing careers, managing change, and developing a more engaged and productive future global workforce.
